It features a modular design, facilitates quick component maintenance, and enables efficient process switching, providing flexible adaptation to the precise coating requirements of various projects.

· Bias Intelligent Protection: automatic imbalance emergency stop safeguards coating quality when A/B ratios drift.
· Over-Temperature & Over-Pressure Shutdown: intelligent cutoffs prevent safety incidents before they escalate.
Anti-Crystallization, End to End
· Self-Cleaning Lubricant System: intelligent circulation cleaning eliminates the risk of ISO pump solidification — the most common cause of equipment failure in polyurea spraying.
· One-Touch Reset: parks the A-side pump at the bottom of its stroke to prevent isocyanate crystallization around the seals and shaft, even during overnight shutdowns.
· ISO Pump Lubrication & Recirculation Valve: continuously keep the A-side primed and balanced for stable pressure on every pull.
Stable, Durable, Easy to Service
· Brushless Servo Motor: high-temperature resistant, high torque, and exceptionally stable under continuous load.
· Modular Design: quick-release cylinder bottom-end and a rear heating platform simplify troubleshooting and cut downtime.
