What is spray polyurea and polyaspartic polyurea?

In fact, polyaspartic polyurea is a kind of polyurea, it’s two components hand applied aliphatic polyurea. The A side of of polyaspartic polyurea is HDI tripolymer, and the B side is polyaspartic resin, the gel time and curing time of polyaspartic polyurea is typically slow, so it can be hand applied, while spray polyurea is isoyanate reacted with polyols or amin terminated polyether, the rection is very fast, need to spray with special high pressure and high temperature machine.

3.    Most spray polyurea is aromatic, which is not color stable under UV.

4.     It cures very quickly which can result in application errors when not installed properly.

2.     Need to weight and mixed carefully, if not then will cause bad physical property.

3.     Physical property is not that good compared to spray polyurea.
