spray polyurea, brushable polyurea, pure polyurea, clear polyurea, cold polyurea, viscosity damping material factory
In polyurea spray equipment, the A and B components each have a pressure gauge. During spraying, the pressure difference between the two components should ideally not exceed 300 psi. Stable pressure ensures that the output volume of the two components remains consistent, maintaining a 1:1 mixing ratio by volume.
If the pressure difference is too large, the output volumes may become inconsistent, resulting in poor mixing.
The causes of A/B component pressure deviation mainly include:
Significant viscosity difference in the formulation – If the viscosities of the two components are too different during formulation design, this can create imbalance. In such cases, consult your material supplier and adjust the equipment’s heating temperature to compensate.
Blockage in the spray gun or Y-valve of the equipment – If caused by blockage, identify the location, clean it thoroughly, and remove the obstruction to restore normal spraying performance.
By ensuring balanced pressure and proper equipment maintenance, you can achieve consistent mixing quality and optimal polyurea coating results.
