The H3 uses a horizontal proportioning pump and an independent temperature control system to maintain stable material delivery. The A and B material temperatures and heated hose can be adjusted according to the requirements of different spraying materials.
Practical Protection System
The equipment monitors pressure difference, system voltage, temperature, and other operating conditions in real time. Pressure difference protection and overpressure protection help reduce abnormal operation, while an emergency stop provides quick shutdown when required.
Easy Maintenance
Key components are designed for convenient inspection and servicing. The flip-top electrical cabinet provides easier access to the electrical system, while the ISO pump lubrication system helps reduce isocyanate crystallization around the pump seals and shafts.
The non-contact reversing system also reduces mechanical wear and contributes to longer service life.
Control and Monitoring
The H3 provides a straightforward control system for daily operation. Operators can adjust heating settings, switch between parking and pumping modes, monitor A/B pressure, and check pump cycles and equipment status through the control panel.
