Polyswell is a polyurea material manufacturer, but we are also polyurea applicators. For more than ten years we have run polyurea spray equipment on our own job sites—coating roofs, storage tanks, truck beds, and industrial floors. That daily, hands-on work shaped how we sell, support, and now build polyurea spraying equipment. When we supply polyurea materials to customers in China and overseas, we do not just ship a drum and walk away. We stay on the job with them: training operators, and fixing machines in the field. After a decade of using and maintaining spray rigs, we decided to design our own. The result is two polyurea spray machines built the way we always wished every rental machine had been built—the Polyswell JHSW-H3 and the Polyswell E2.

A Polyurea Maker Who Actually Sprays

Some suppliers rarely spray , we spray different formulation of polyurea and for different field very offten,  we know exactly where coatings fail: whip hose without heating function, bad sealing of the joint, no shut down system when there is pressure difference... We have torn down and rebuilt machines from several brands, so we also know which components break, why they break, and what a maintenance-prone design costs a contractor in downtime. That field record—not a catalog—is what we built our equipment around.

From Selling Material to Building the Machine

Our customers kept asking for the same thing: reliable polyurea spray equipment they could afford, paired with someone who would actually help them run it. We had the data to answer that.. So we developed our own polyurea spray machine—equipment we would trust on ourselves, sold to the customers in order to help them spray polyurea with less problem.
